8.4Verified guest“The location is unbeatable, right by the Mustek metro, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The staff were attentive and always ready to help.”
8.4Verified guest“The best part was the location on a large avenue with plenty of fast food spots, shops, exchange offices, and small supermarkets. We could walk everywhere without using public transport, even though the metro was just a few steps away. The room was comfortable and warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Breakfast was varied. We booked the airport transfer for 30 euros, but the driver charged us 2 euros extra. We mentioned it at the front desk, and the receptionist apologized, though she wasn't sure what happened. The next morning, Lukas—who had confirmed the price by email—apologized and refunded the 2-euro difference.”
8.4Verified guest“Being right on Wenceslas Square, everything is easy to reach on foot. The reception staff speak English and some German. Rooms are spacious, and the bathroom, including the toilet and shower, was large and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, though it ends at 10 am and you're gently reminded to leave shortly after. Checkout is possible until noon.”
8.4Verified guest“Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Except for the coffee, which I suspect was due to Prague's tap water, the other hot drinks were also nothing special. But the food was really tasty and there was something for everyone. The location was very good—you can walk to all the tourist attractions if you're reasonably mobile.”
8.4Verified guest“A very nice and large room with an excellent view of the street.”
8.4Verified guest“The location is prime, right on Wenceslas Square with easy access to public transport and major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. Breakfast was generous and varied every morning.”
